Aril and Parting Stone® collaborated to create STAY – Parting Stone Display as the first official display for solidified remains.
STAY can also be used as a full-size, traditional cremation urn to store remains and display keepsakes.
Fabricated from premium, solid Red Oak wood components of substantial thickness and powder-coated aluminum, Stay relies on the interplay of texture and smoothness to harmonize with the feel of solidified remains. The wood is treated with non-toxic, vegan wax that requires no maintenance but can be buffed with a soft cloth.

Inclusions
Aril Memorial considers non-structural inclusions to be assets that accentuate that the wood used is indeed from a formerly living organism. These include knots, pinholes, vacated insect burrows, the beginnings of branches, burl, and captured bark, among others – in other words, extra character. Although not common in Red Oak, please indicate whether you agree or prefer wood that is as free of these characteristics as possible.
Grain-Matched Pair Option
By maintaining the order from which the urn tops come off of the saw, we are able to keep pairs so that partners may have urns that the grain flows from one to the other and matches on one side. Request this in your order of two or more in the order notes during checkout.
Organic Cotton Presentation
Aril Memorial has partnered with Simple Ecology to provide urn presentation bags that can have a second, productive life as a produce bag for reducing plastic use in the grocery.
