Quartersawn Sycamore, formally known as London Plane, wood is used for the base and lid in this version of the Meta Urn – the former is fixed in place and latter is pressure fit by means of a simple gasket. The main body of the urn is composed of powder-coated aluminum.
Choice of size is offered as mid or full size. Respectively the volumes are 120 cubic inches (1966.45 cubic cm) and 200 cubic inches (3277.41 cubic cm). The generally accepted ratio of one pound of living weight will require 1 cubic inch of volume.
