Bravo!  Bravo to whomever made the decision to have the Carrie Fisher Prozac Urn made.  Her efforts to normalize mental health treatment in life are now magnified exponentially by the wry decision to put her to rest in this fashion.
This is precisely the kind of memorialization Memento designs and fabricates.  We’d be happy to replicate Prozac, or any other pharmaceutical for that matter, in the form of an urn.  Here’s a sampling of some of the memorial projects we have delivered to satisfied customers.
The urn had to have been chosen in advance and likely by Carrie herself as there would not have been enough time to design, fabricate, and deliver for the funeral… unless the urn was 3D printed.  If that is the case, we’re not partial to plastic as a final resting place because of the smell and feel.  We would have done this in spun aluminum with a custom paint and water print for the text.
Rest in peace, Carrie Fisher – you were my second screen crush after Darla from the The Little Rascals. Â Thank you for using your celebrity and personal journey for good.
