Meta – Torched Oak Small Cremation Urn

Description

The small sized version of the Meta Urn is intended for keeping a small quantity of cremated remains, up to 64 pound four-legged friends, and the unfortunate situations of child and infant loss – at approximately 64 cubic inches (1048.77 cubic cm).

White oak wood finished with the traditional yakisugi technique is used for the base and lid in this version of the Meta Urn Oak wood finished in a faux shou sugi ban that relies on shellac and milk paint in order to more reliably provide this look. The base is fixed in place and the latter is pressure fit by means of a simple, yet clever gasket.  The main body of the urn is composed of powder-coated aluminum.
